The Young Citizens of Philanthropy hosted a 50-mile bicycle ride to support and gain awareness for the Women’s Crisis and Family Outreach Center. The first Cycle Against Violence Half Century included more than 50 participants and 35 volunteers.
The event, the largest in YCP’s history, was a success due to the outstanding support of local businesses, participants and volunteers. The YCP hopes to double the participation at next year’s event. Donors included MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS, First Bank, Willis of Colorado, Parker Adventist Hospital, Greiner Electric, RaceSpace.org, Metro Brokers Real Estate, and Highway Technologies.
