WEBB 8TH & 9TH FLOOR REMODEL

Location:  Denver, CO

Coming through our on-call contractwith the City and County of Denver, Golden Constructors was hired to complete a remodel of the 8th & 9th floors of the Wellington Webb Municipal building. Complex phasing was required as the building remained operational during the work day. Golden Constructors worked between the hours of 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM, and daytime hours on the weekends.

Separation barriers were erected to protect the employee areas from dust and other particles. The services performed were the buildout of 3 new offices on the 8th floor and 6 new offices on the 9th floor.

Also included in the scope of work was new wall layout, doors and frames, lighting, HVAC design, sprinkler head relocation, flooring, wallpaper removal, signage, and paint. An existing work room was converted into a smaller work/printer room.

In accordance with the City and County of Denver waste and recycling ordinances, all non-hazardous waste was hauled to Denver Arapahoe Disposal Site (DADS). All Golden Constructors employees and Subcontractors were required to pass a background check prior to performing work in the building.
