VISTA POOLS RENOVATION

Location:  Genesee, CO

GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS played a key role in the renovation of the Vista Pools, originally constructed in 1979 for the Genesee community in Golden, CO. Collaborating closely with the town, our focus was on enhancing the pool facilities to better serve the community. The project involved replacing the concrete deck around the pools with a sustainable deck and drainage system, aiming to improve the overall pool area.

Our efforts included creating a more accessible environment, aligning with ADA standards, by introducing a zero-depth entry to the children’s pool and removing the non-compliant wading pool. We also integrated site improvements such as fencing, landscape enhancements, and the installation of shade structures to enhance the overall user experience.

The project reflects GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS’ commitment to working hand-in-hand with communities to upgrade and modernize recreational spaces, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of residents in Genesee, CO.
