SNOWMASS VILLAGE TOWN PARK

Location:  Snowmass Village, CO

The Snowmass Village Town Park project was all about transforming the old rodeo grounds into a modern park. We started by carefully removing the existing rodeo setup, including the fencing and bleachers, to make way for new facilities.

Next, we focused on grading and landscaping to create a solid foundation for the new structures. This included building a durable parking lot with a class 6 road base, designed to handle plenty of vehicles.

We also constructed a 4,000 square-foot maintenance facility using structural steel for stability. Inside, we used steel studs and drywall to create a functional space that includes an office, a restroom, and a fire riser room for the fire suppression system.

For safety, we installed new arena fencing and built comfortable grandstands for spectators. This project not only revitalized the area but also provided the community with a versatile and safe space for various events.
