SHERIFF’S SUBSTATION REMODEL

Location:  Commerce City, CO

Our team successfully completed a comprehensive renovation of approximately 6,000 square feet of office space within the south wing of a county facility previously occupied by the DMV. The project involved transforming the outdated area into a modern, fully functional workspace that supports the county’s operational goals and vision for the substation. The remodel included the construction of private offices, conference rooms, administrative zones, a kitchen, restroom, multipurpose workroom, and storage areas, all designed to enhance usability and accommodate daily operations.

To support the updated layout and increased technology demands, we upgraded the electrical and network infrastructure, adding new outlets and data drops throughout the space. We also installed energy-efficient LED lighting to improve environmental quality and align with sustainability objectives. A new HVAC system was implemented to optimize air quality and comfort, tailored specifically to the revised floor plan. This project reflects our ability to manage complex renovations in active government facilities, coordinate with public stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
