OVERLOOK CLUBHOUSE

GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS delivered the Overlook Clubhouse within Sterling Ranch’s master‑planned community, Providence Village. An area surrounded by 85 acres of open space and more than five miles of trails. As the flagship of nine planned villages located south of Chatfield Reservoir and west of Highlands Ranch, Sterling Ranch is anticipated to welcome more than 30,000 residents over the next two decades.

The clubhouse serves as the central recreation hub for the 800 homes that make up Providence Village. Designed by Woodley Architectural Group, the two‑story, 4,900‑square‑foot facility features an exterior aesthetic that reflects the craftsmanship and architectural quality found throughout the neighborhood.

Inside, the main level includes a well‑appointed fitness room and high‑end locker facilities, while the second floor houses a versatile “Great Hall” used for community gatherings, events, and resident programming.
