GOVERNMENT CENTER SPACE UTILIZATION
Location: Brighton, CO
This project involved the phased renovation and expansion of administrative and operational spaces for the Adams County Facilities and Fleet Management Department within the Government Center. The scope included both interior upgrades and strategic reconfigurations to improve functionality, staff support, and public interface.
On the first floor, our team expanded and modernized the existing 1,700-square-foot reception and switchboard area to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. The renovation integrated the employee badging station, improved visibility for visitors, and delivered a larger, more functional break room to accommodate current staff needs and anticipated growth. The second-floor scope encompassed the renovation of approximately 5,500 square feet of office space used by FFM leadership and staff. The improvements focused on increasing occupancy capacity, resolving adjacency and workflow challenges, and optimizing the layout for future expansion and operational flexibility
To ensure uninterrupted County operations, we implemented a carefully sequenced, multi-phase construction schedule. This maintained continuous access to essential services, while minimizing disruption to staff and the public.
