COPPER KITCHEN PIZZERIA

Golden Constructors recently completed Copper Kitchen, a 2,808-square-foot restaurant and bar in historic downtown Black Hawk, Colorado. Designed by PEH Architects and constructed with SIPS panels, the project blends modern construction with heritage elements like copper paneling, footrails, illuminated ceiling tiles, and distinctive lighting.

A new event deck with catenary lighting offers views of historic Gregory Street, while a boardwalk directs pedestrians to a standalone elevator tower. This modern elevator—designed with a stone veneer finish, sconce lighting, and a glazed upper floor—replaces an underutilized ramp and honors the town’s historic character.
