BVSD EDUCATION CENTER HVAC REPLACEMENT

Location:  Boulder, CO

This project focused on replacing outdated mechanical systems with high-efficiency rooftop heat pumps, new variable air volume (VAV) units, and upgraded ductwork to improve indoor air quality and energy performance.

The scope also included the integration of advanced building automation controls and electrical system upgrades to support the new equipment. All work was performed in an occupied administrative facility, requiring a carefully phased construction plan to maintain uninterrupted operations.

Golden Constructors collaborated closely with district staff and the Design Advisory Team throughout preconstruction and construction. Our team provided constructability reviews, value engineering, and detailed scheduling to ensure minimal disruption to daily activities. We maintained open communication with stakeholders and adapted to evolving needs throughout the project.
