The project consists of 30,000 SF of tenant improvement that will provide space for Motor Vehicle, conference rooms, Sheriff’s offices and supporting office space.
Additionally, the project includes the design and construction of a two level parking structure. Construction is set to begin in mid-May with completion by mid-September.
