MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS is completing a 3,300-sq-ft service garage and canopy extension for XCEL Ener

This new 3,300-sq-ft service garage includes two maintenance bays and one wash bay for Xcel Energy’s Satellite Facility in Evergreen.

The project includes a 12-ft extension of an existing steel canopy to provide full coverage for Xcel Energy’s fleet of vehicles. The site is an active Xcel Energy facility operating 24 hours a day/7 days a week, making close coordination crucial to allow Xcel to respond to its clients’ service needs. An existing data/server room is being protected by a pre-action sprinkler system to ensure the sprinklers cannot be accidentally activated without activation by redundant heat and smoke detectors.
