MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS recently completed the Delaware Parking Project for Denver Health and Hospital Authority. The project consisted of the demolition of ten older single family residences, capping of associated utilities and the construction of two new parking lots, including a precast concrete fence and associated landscaping.
The project posed challenges due to the late start in late fall, poor soils conditions and the desperate needs of Denver Health and Hospital Authority to get the added parking. Asphalt paving was completed in early January of this year.
