Our Job Openings

Superintendent

An ideal project superintendent will:

  • Have a proven ability to superintend projects up to $10 million
  • Have at least five years previous experience as a commercial construction superintendent
  • Be honest, fair, professional, and hard working
  • Be knowledgeable in drawings, specifications, and interpretations thereof
  • Have a determined habit of following through on procedures and commitments
  • Be looking for long-term employment at a company dedicated to client service

Estimator

An ideal estimator will:

  • Have basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts
  • Have a deep understanding of research methodology, data analysis and estimation metrics
  • Be comfortable interpreting data and using technology
  • Have knowledge of software like On Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Office
  • Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
  • Select advantageous deals by evaluating offers and quotes
  • Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects etc.)

Carpenters / Laborers

An ideal carpenter or laborer will:

  • Have experience in include typical commercial construction duties, such as doors, frames, hardware, rough carpentry, concrete, concrete finishing, and clean up
  • Be willing to travel throughout Colorado
  • Be a self-starter and have dependable transportation
  • Provide their own hand tools (strongly encourage)
