Our Job Openings
Superintendent
An ideal project superintendent will:
- Have a proven ability to superintend projects up to $10 million
- Have at least five years previous experience as a commercial construction superintendent
- Be honest, fair, professional, and hard working
- Be knowledgeable in drawings, specifications, and interpretations thereof
- Have a determined habit of following through on procedures and commitments
- Be looking for long-term employment at a company dedicated to client service
Estimator
An ideal estimator will:
- Have basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts
- Have a deep understanding of research methodology, data analysis and estimation metrics
- Be comfortable interpreting data and using technology
- Have knowledge of software like On Screen Takeoff, Microsoft Office
- Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
- Select advantageous deals by evaluating offers and quotes
- Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects etc.)
Carpenters / Laborers
An ideal carpenter or laborer will:
- Have experience in include typical commercial construction duties, such as doors, frames, hardware, rough carpentry, concrete, concrete finishing, and clean up
- Be willing to travel throughout Colorado
- Be a self-starter and have dependable transportation
- Provide their own hand tools (strongly encourage)
