GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS provided CM/GC services within the pre-construction/design phase, Construction, Administration and Management efforts for the Adams County Government Center Space Utilization Phase 3 project.
The Government Center Space Utilization Phase 3 Project included tenant improvements to expand the County Attorney suite on the fifth floor and an addition of transaction windows on the first floor. The improvements were implemented for approximately 5,000 SF of the building.
The building remained occupied while all work was being done. constructibility Golden Constructors used clear methods of communication to keep the building tenants informed of what was happening with the project and where they should not go. Temporary separation walls and signage directing the public away from the area was erected.
